KIRSTY LEE When I Say Jump

Last week Toowoomba performance/human movement artist Kirsty Lee showed a full house at the Empire Theatre an insight into how she reflects on inhabiting time, space and place. When I Say Jump (produced by Lee), is a stunning and dynamic performance by a select group of skilled and dedicated theatre students. Looking forward to seeing it again in theatres all over the globe. Thank you Kirsty.

Creative Time Summit Auditorium

Yesterday we went out to the University of Southern Queensland to have a look at the Auditorium where we will be live streaming the Creative Time Summit in, from New York during October. A fantastic space with great audio and visual. Room for swags/sleeping bags??……More will be posted as the date draws near. Excited.

ALASKA x RAYGUN – BLUE TRIANGLE YELLOW STRIPE OPENING

 

 

Last night the group show opened featuring artists Sebastian Goldspink, Samuel Quinteros, Biljana Jancic, Chloe Hughes, Tully Arnot, Phil James, Romance was Born, and Samuel Hodge from ALASKA PROJECTS in Sydney. Sebastian Goldspink travelled to Toowoomba for the show (which has been an awesome few days!) and spoke beautifully about the work at the opening. The show had fantastic feedback, and brought new faces up to RAYGUN. It is a pleasure to have such a great show in the project space. BLUE TRIANGLE YELLOW STRIPE will be installed for the next month, if you missed the opening you can’t miss seeing this show, pop up and see the work! Thanks to the artists and ALASKA for such a great show.

This presentation is great, you cant help liking Sebastian, I even found myself chuckling a few times… so check it out AND COME THIS FRIDAY NIGHT at 6PM for the opening of BLUE TRIANGLE, YELLOW STRIPE, an ALASKA group project. Come and meet Sebastian and check out the work!! We’re picking him up from the airport in the morning. Super excited!
