Brent Hallard, Dressed in Pink

It was a pleasure to spend time with Brent Hallard’s work at last night’s opening.  Tarn read out an email from Brent explaining that the work can move back and forth seamlessly between the digital and analog. Brent states,  ‘The term currently used is post internet art, but what that is, who really knows… working with the ether?’ Brent also spoke about ‘how you, or whoever created the works in situ, felt when the space and mood came together’ therefore focusing on the ambience of the space. The rest of the email is in the video below.  If you missed the opening last night make sure you pop up to RAYGUN throughout the month. Thanks to Brent and to everyone who came to the show.
