Our time with Tilman and his project at RAYGUN has come to a close but we love that the dialogue surrounding his practice has only just begun. It was super interesting hearing all that he and Petra Bungert have achieved through running their artist run space CCNOA over the years from 1998 – 2010. What’s even more exciting and interesting is knowing that their nurturing commitment to artists whose practices surround various modes of non objective, reductive and concrete painting continues through a project and exhibition space d.a.c at Tilman’s home (one of his two bunkers) in Northern Italy.
